Our Vision 2025 Strategic Plan drives everything we do—to increase investment and reduce poverty in five Memphis ZIP codes by focusing on what families need most: opportunity, support, and access.

Through this place-based approach, we’re strengthening economic mobility, growing collaborative partnerships, and bringing proven models to more neighborhoods across our city.

This year alone, WFGM will invest $1.8 million in grant funding to 38 local nonprofit partners providing programs in five key areas:

✔️ Youth development and employment
✔️ Adult education, training, and entrepreneurship
✔️ Financial education and asset building
