As President and CEO of WFGM, Shante has led more than $39 million in investments and programs that expand opportunity, strengthen economic security, and help create pathways to success for women and families across our community.

Through her leadership at WFGM and her service throughout Memphis, Shante continues to champion education, economic opportunity, and community advancement. Her dedication to creating lasting change has made a meaningful impact on countless lives and helped strengthen communities across our region.
