Major Gifts Officer
WFGM seeks an experienced, strategic, and relationship-focused Major Gifts Officer to help meet ambitious fundraising goals over the next five years. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Major Gifts Officer manages a defined portfolio to secure significant gifts from individual donors in support of the Annual Fund and multi-year sustainability campaign. The role blends disciplined qualification, thoughtful cultivation, and timely solicitation with accurate donor documentation. This position participates in all stages of the major gift process—prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship—while developing new relationships, advancing planned and legacy giving, and partnering with leadership on principal gift opportunities.

Marketing and Communications Specialist
WFGM seeks a detail-oriented and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to support the organization’s day-to-day marketing and communications needs.
